Kevin Ash, a veteran, felt strongly about helping others, including going on multiple deployments. His brother Connor Martin knows that Kevin would be proud to help others even after his death by raising awareness of traumatic brain injury (TBI), chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), and brain donation.
Veterans can sign up to donate their brains for CTE research with BrainLine partner Project Enlist (https://projectenlist.org/)

His continued service is you know motivating others to donate their brains or pledge their brains. It’s motivating others to take the proper precautions, take the proper steps in concussion prevention or you know CTE prevention ultimately and I think he just, he is now able to help others through his experience, his situation can help many others in the military and athletic careers because he had it all. So he just, he can touch a lot of lives through, through this whole process after his own life ended.
