I got the explanation via my dad who got it from one of the guys that was at the, at the game. And from what I understood, and from what we heard from the doctors it was just a, you know a simple hit to the head that most people would have bounced back from, maybe had a concussion, maybe not. But the problem was we didn’t, couldn’t actually pinpoint exactly why, why this was happening to Kevin where the doctors were at a loss at the time and really no one had much understanding of why it was as bad as it was. So the guy, I’ve played rugby at the level that Kevin was playing at and I know, I know the types of hits that happen and I know the types of plays that happen and the speed at which they happen and it’s not, you know it’s not the fastest pace, it’s adult league and not semi-professional or anything it’s just amateur. So the pace isn’t exactly as quick as one would expect to see an injury like that happen. From what understand from the hit Kevin was going to make the tackle And then the person he was tackling lowered his shoulder to try and go through the tackle which is pretty common. And it just, the way Kevin went in for the tackle and hit his head in the wrong spot I guess. Just exactly the wrong spot.
