Army Veteran Tom Voss talks about how he started to learn the breath-based techniques of meditation and from there develop a daily practice, which helped him, in particular, manage his stress while doing the "heavy lifting" of therapy for PTSD and moral injury. He learned that meditation is a meaningful and effective way to take time to be with yourself while also recognizing and honoring what's going on in your spirit, brain, and body.
