VA Butler Healthcare

VA Butler Healthcare provides primary care, behavioral health, specialized extended care, physical rehabilitation medicine, and residential substance abuse treatment serving over 18,000 veterans in western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. The facility operates 60 nursing home care beds, 10 compensated work therapy, and 56 domiciliary beds. Specialized care is available through the following programs: respite care, dental hygiene, home based primary care, dental, community health care, hospice, and adult day health care. VA Butler Healthcare also operates five VA Primary Care Outpatient Clinics in Armstrong, Southern Butler County (Cranberry Township), Clarion, Lawrence and Mercer Counties.
