Saint Anthony's Hospital

Saint Anthony's Health Center provides rehabilitative services on an outpatient basis for patients who require rehabilitative therapy, but not at the level of intensity of an inpatient program. Outpatient services are initiated by a physician referral and include: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Psychological Services. Diagnoses treated include, but are not limited to:  musculoskeletal, pulmonary, neurological and orthopedic disorders, as well as swallowing, cognitive, chronic pain and cardiovascular disorders. Saint Anthony's Hospital's Extended Care Facility is designed for patients with ongoing medical needs that require skilled nursing and care through a variety of clinical disciplines. As a patient a progresses, he/she may transition from Extended Care to the more intensive Comprehensive Physical Rehabilitation Unit.
