Polytrauma - VA Puget Sound Health Care System

The Seattle Polytrauma Network Site in VA Puget Sound Health Care System is one of 23 facilities in the country designed to provide long-term rehabilitative care to Veterans and Service Members who experienced severe injuries (including brain injuries) to more than one organ system. Their Rehabilitation Care Services program provides care to Veterans with a wide variety of functional impairments from underlying neurological, orthopedic, general medical, and surgical conditions. They provide care in outpatient clinics, on acute care and intensive care hospital wards, in a Comprehensive Integrated Rehabilitation Unit, in therapy clinics, long term care facilities, and in the community.
