The Polytrauma Network Site at VA Boston Healthcare System in Boston is one of 23 facilities in the country designed to provide long-term rehabilitative care to Veterans and Servicemembers who experienced severe injuries (including brain injuries) to more than one organ system. The VA Polytrauma System of Care provides comprehensive, high-quality, and inter-disciplinary care to patients. Teams of physicians from every relevant field plan and administer an individually tailored rehabilitation plan to help the patient recover as much as possible. This site offers sensory and physical rehabilitation services.
