Founded in 1985, PLUS provides rehabilitative services for acquired brain injury patients in more than 60 licensed group homes and apartments throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. PLUS offers day programs, residential programs, outpatient programs, independent living programs, vocational and educational opportunities, home and community based services, and long-term services.
