One Mind – Patients Like Me

PatientsLikeMe and One Mind have collaborated to create an online community experience for active and veteran service members living with post-traumatic stress (PTS) and/or traumatic brain injury (TBI) and their caregivers. Patients and caregivers are able to connect with others who have the same condition, learn about living with and treating conditions, and track medications and other health-related activities to make it easier for them to manage their care in partnership with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
