NeuroRestorative Kentucky - Louisville

NeuroRestorative offers a range of home settings throughout Louisville that provide many opportunities for participants to be active members of the community. All of NeuroRestorative’s home settings are located near vocational opportunities and educational facilities where participants can enroll in support services for students with disabilities. A facility-based neurorehabilitation program in Louisville provides participants with access to a computer room, gym, art center and more.  Services include: Neurorehabilitation, Neurobehavioral, Supported Living, Day Treatment, Outpatient, In-Home, Respite and Substance Abuse programs.
