Memorial Rehab Services offers integrated care in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Occupational Medicine, and Rehabilitation.Services range from acute care to post-acute rehabilitation. The continuum of care includes Neurologic care units, CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation, home rehabilitation services, and a range of outpatient neurodiagnostic and therapy services in multiple clinic locations. The staff works with community physicians that specialize in neuromuscular diagnosis, treatment, and research. The staff also conducts community outreach programs and are available to provide professional education seminars on a variety of topics.
