Learning Services - Utah Program

Located in the heart of a suburban community near Salt Lake City, this nine-bed residence is designed to encourage independence while providing appropriate physical medicine oversight with rehabilitation therapies available along with support for each individual’s changing needs. Community-based productive and recreational activities are accommodated according to each participant’s needs and preferences using a variety of supports and programs in the metro Salt Lake City area.
