The Learning Services Neurobehavioral Institute – East (LSNI-East) is located in suburban Raleigh, near the small town of Creedmoor, North Carolina. The thirty-three acre campus setting provides a continuum of medical, behavioral and therapeutic care to facilitate the treatment of complex and challenging behavioral symptoms accompanying acquired brain injury. This 22 bed, therapeutic community offering private rooms in three residences is designed to provide an integrated approach to neurobehavioral rehabilitation. Employing the fundamentals of applied behavior analysis, data driven rehabilitation and medication management, the services are directed towards establishing behavioral stability and creating enduring outcomes, tailored to the unique needs of each participant.
Our successful care model provides physical medicine and neuropsychiatric oversight with flexible care plans that match the individual needs of our participants, families and financial partners.
