The Brain Injury Program is designed for infants to young adults up to age 21 at all levels of cognitive awareness. Providing innovative, expert and loving care, we help young patients continue to play, learn and grow while reclaiming their lives. Patients are treated at PSE&G Children’s Specialized Hospital, a new and incredible facility in New Brunswick, NJ, on the campus of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. The hospital is close to public transportation and all aspects of necessary care. Our program aims for maximum rehabilitation with a special emphasis on meeting normal pediatric and developmental milestones. To help meet these goals, we offer both inpatient and outpatient services plus a long-term follow-up clinic. Our program offers a continuum of care for the entire recovery journey—from states of coma to a return to home, school and community life.
