Bob Duncan and his wife, Sarah, have three children. Their son Jonathan was a sophomore nursing student and a cheerleader at Marquette University when he sustained a concussion that led to an academic leave of absence and ended his cheerleading career.
The Duncans live in Sussex, Wisconsin and Bob serves as Executive Vice President of Community Services for Children's Hospital and Health System in Milwaukee. Bob's job includes oversight of the hospital's community-based services, including child abuse and injury prevention, foster care and adoption, child advocacy centers, and community health education.
