Elks Rehabilitation Hospital

Elks Rehabilitation Hospital (ERH) treats children, adolescents, and adults with brain injury through inpatient and outpatient programs. Treatment teams include a neuropsychologist, social sorker, nurse case manager, speech therapist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, recreational therapist, and a dietician. All members of the therapy treatment team are nationally Certified Brain Injury Specialists (CBIS). Patients, their families, employers, school representatives, and external case managers are encouraged to participate fully with the treatment teams. Both the Inpatient and Outpatient Brain Injury Programs are accredited by CARF (The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilites).
