Lt. Col. Philip Holcombe is an Army psychologist who currently serves as the chief of Clinical Recommendations at the Deployment Health Clinical Center at the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury.
He has successfully completed 16 years of active service and two deployments.
He has been licensed to practice psychology since 1996 and has served as the Army's National Training Coordinator for Psychology Programs, an Army clinical psychology internship director, and as a deputy director at a major Army medical treatment facility. He is proud to serve military service members their spouses and their children.
He holds numerous awards for his military service and is a proud husband and father of three children.
